Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Treatment Works Upgrade team based in Wisley STW, Surrey (45 hours per week). You'll play a key role in the commercial management of this project, ensuring compliance with the procurement strategy, managing valuations, project cashflows and turnover forecasts, providing legal and contractual advice on orders and changes, driving commercial initiatives and margin improvement plans, and leading junior staff. You should hold a relevant Construction-related degree, a full driving licence, demonstrable commercial experience for a contractor (ideally with Civils exposure), and experience with a variety of contract forms.
