Managing Quantity Surveyor

Managing Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering & Utilities, £30M workstream, hybrid (£85,000, contract). A Tier 1 civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor following the award of new work valued at approximately £100M per annum, initially managing a £30M workstream and a team of five Quantity Surveyors, with a clear route to Commercial Manager within 12 months. The project portfolio consists of major utility and infrastructure schemes under NEC contracts. Requires a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, strong NEC contract knowledge, and proven commercial management and cost control experience including CVRs and change management.
