Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Framework team based on our Horton-Cum-Studley WTW and Thame WTW sites in Oxfordshire. Hours: 45 per week, with flexibility available. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within our commercial team on an exciting Water Framework project, playing a key role in assisting with the commercial management during the construction phase. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with procurement strategies (subcontract enquiries and tender reviews), managing valuations, project cashflows and turnover forecasts with monthly cost reports, providing legal and contractual advice on orders and changes, driving commercial initiatives and margin improvement plans, and leading/supporting junior staff. You should hold a relevant Construction-related degree, a full driving licence, prior commercial experience for a contractor (ideally with MEP exposure), experience with a variety of contract forms, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
