1. Use of the site
Constructions Jobs provides a platform for construction employers to advertise job vacancies and for candidates to search and apply for them. By using this site, you agree to provide accurate information when registering an account or posting a listing.
2. Candidate accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and applications, and for keeping your login details secure. You may apply for as many listings as you wish; submitting duplicate applications to the same listing is not permitted (and is prevented automatically).
3. Employer accounts & job listings
Job listings must be genuine vacancies for construction-related roles. We reserve the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, discriminatory, or not a genuine vacancy, without notice.
4. Applicant data
Employers may only use candidate application data (cover notes, CVs) for the purpose of recruiting for the listing it was submitted against, in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any job application will result in an interview or offer, or that any job listing will result in a successful hire.
6. Limitation of liability
Constructions Jobs is provided “as is”. We are not liable for the accuracy of listings posted by employers, or for the conduct of any employer or candidate using the site.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
