Quantity Surveyor – Carpentry and Joinery

Join a growing specialist carpentry and joinery contractor working on high-quality new build residential schemes as a Quantity Surveyor (full-time, hybrid). You'll support the senior commercial team, managing the financial and contractual aspects of carpentry and joinery packages from tender through to final account - assisting with variations, applications and final accounts, preparing cost plans, budgets and quotations, supporting the tendering process, procuring materials and subcontract packages, and negotiating supplier/subcontractor quotations. Requires a minimum of 4 years' surveying experience, proven QS experience within carpentry/joinery or fit-out, and strong analytical and negotiation skills. Office based in Woking with on-site parking; right to work in the UK required (no sponsorship available).
