Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water - Maple Lodge STW team based in Rickmansworth (full time, contract). This is an exciting opportunity to join a major water infrastructure upgrade project, supporting and deputising for the Commercial Manager. You'll lead day-to-day commercial management of key packages, ensuring robust cost control, supply chain management and accurate reporting, including managing the commercial and financial aspects of works packages, preparing cost forecasts and cashflow projections, leading change management processes, managing subcontract procurement through to final account, and providing guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors. You should have proven experience as a Senior QS on major civil engineering or water infrastructure projects, strong contract management knowledge, and be highly competent in CVRs, cost forecasting and commercial governance.
