Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water Framework team based in Mogden STW, Twickenham (full time). As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take a leading role in the commercial management of a major Water Treatment Works upgrade project. Responsibilities include leading commercial management of project sections, subcontract packages and supplier accounts from procurement to final account settlement, preparing and managing valuations, applications for payment, monthly cost forecasts and cashflow reports, identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities, managing change control, and mentoring junior team members. You should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Commercial Management, commercial experience in construction or infrastructure (ideally MEICA exposure), and a full driving licence.
