Residential Management Group (RMG), a market leading Property Management Company, is looking for a Property Manager experienced in block/estate management, managing small and large blocks and estates for RMCs, Landlords & Tenants and Developers (full time). Home based close to your portfolio around East Anglia and Essex, with weekly office visits. You'll manage an established residential portfolio, using your knowledge of the Building Safety Act and experience managing Higher Risk Buildings, construct budgets, monitor service charge collection, lead meetings with RMC Directors and Residents' Associations, and ensure compliance and maintenance are handled promptly.
