Multi-Trade Operatives & Engineers – Permanent, FTC or Temporary Opportunities
We are working with a well-established property and housing maintenance organisation delivering essential repairs and maintenance services across East London. Due to increased demand, we are looking to appoint a number of skilled tradespeople and engineers to join the team.
Available Positions
- Carpentry Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies) – £39,655 per annum (£21.18 per hour equivalent)
- Plumbing Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies) – £39,655 per annum (£21.18 per hour equivalent)
- Bricklayers (2 vacancies) – £39,655 per annum (£21.18 per hour equivalent)
- Electricians (2 vacancies) – £42,000 per annum (£22.44 per hour equivalent)
- Gas Engineers (2 vacancies) – £44,000 per annum (£23.50 per hour equivalent)
Fixed-Term Contract and Temporary opportunities will also be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works within residential properties.
- Delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of domestic repairs.
- Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to customer satisfaction standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
About You
- Qualified and experienced within your relevant trade.
- Previous experience within social housing, housing maintenance or property services is highly desirable.
- Multi-trade experience would be advantageous.
- Apprentices with relevant social housing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence required.
