Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll help coordinate day-to-day site activity, ensure work progresses safely and to the highest quality, and support Build Stage Inspections, health and safety inductions, and liaison with contractors, the NHBC and other stakeholders. Requirements include CSCS supervisor accreditation, a full clean UK driving licence, SMSTS and First Aid certificates, a Scaffold Inspection qualification, and previous experience in housebuilding or residential construction. Package includes a competitive salary with yearly review, pension with matched contributions up to 7%, up to 35 days annual leave, and a bonus scheme.
