The Role
Reporting into the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the development, helping to ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, programme delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the management of subcontractors and site activities.
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
- Supporting site inspections and quality control procedures.
- Monitoring progress and helping to coordinate trades on site.
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
- Assisting with customer journey and defect management processes.
About You
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential construction.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and NHBC standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ambitious, career-driven and eager to progress into a Site Manager position.
- Experience working on volume housing or multi-unit residential developments is desirable.
- Experience working within an award-winning team or high-performing residential environment would be advantageous.
