Engineer

Gleeson Homes is recruiting for an Engineer to support the Regional Technical and operating teams, assisting with the regional business plan, commercial objectives and future growth requirements while mentoring junior team members (contract). Responsibilities include providing technical support during feasibility studies, preparing site viability reports, managing relationships with external consultants, assisting with on-site management company set-up, and liaising with internal departments and statutory bodies to achieve Building Regulations and warranty approval. Requires a relevant qualification or strong experience in technical design/civil engineering, and knowledge of Highway Design Standards, Sewers for Adoption, Building Regs, British Standards and AutoCAD.
