Lead Estimator opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), supporting the Sizewell C nuclear power station - a 3.2-gigawatt station that will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This role sits within the Marine and Tunnels section, managing a multi-skill-level estimating team (Senior Estimator, Estimator, Assistant Estimator) to develop cost planning and pricing, feeding into the Head of Estimating, producing estimating documentation, and presenting and negotiating prices with senior leaders and partners. Essential: proficiency in Excel and strong client-facing communication skills. Desirable: experience with Candy Estimating Software or RIB Cost X, AACE Estimating Class principles, and an infrastructure/civil engineering main contractor background, ideally chartered (ICE, CICES, RICS, CIOB).
